| April 2012 - eNews, Tips, and More!
Spring is a crowd pleaser among many in the office. It is usually not too hot or too cold and it is a time of rebirth and rejuvenation. When was your last visit to your family doctor for a physical, your eye doctor, and …, our office. You've got a lot going on in your busy schedule, but you should always make time for your health.

Gum disease is associated with heart disease and other serious ailments - not to mention bad breath.

|Mac n' Cheeze Pleeze!
From spring cleaning to the endless outdoor activities we find in Ontario, the warmer temperatures are likely to get you moving. This month we wanted to share a high energy, health conscious, vegan recipe inspired by a Canadian classic...Macaroni and cheese!
Some of the ingredients in this recipe may not be readily found in your pantry. All of them should be easily found in your local grocer's organic section and all are worth having around for their nutritional value.
